There are metal frames and wood frames that can be played around with to give whatever kind of finish that you desire.
It is possible to get mirrors with an architectural design and fitted anywhere in your house. You should not restrict yourself to the living room. You can change the way your bedroom looks by having a full length mirror or even an overhead mirror.
Another good place to have a decorative mirror would be in your office or if you have a business it would be a good idea to have one in your welcome or reception area.
